shatta is an arabic chili sauce that covers all the bases. for the true umami seeker that also appreciates the sweet heat.

we personally love to add it to our shawarma wraps, and it's chef mohammad's go-to pairing with any sandwich for a spicy flavor-bump.

we've also known him to mix it with labneh or ketchup for a fun, textured fries-dip, or incorporate it into a tomato sauce that provides depth of flavor for a pasta or stew, or even stir it into a soup to elevate it.

absolutely, entirely, and 100% vegan. it’s crafted with fresh red bell pepper, canola oil, habanero peppers, EVOO, pomegranate molasses, apple cider vinegar, toum, jalapeno, and sea salt.
how many servings does each jar make?
our small 6oz jar can be used on 4-5 wraps, toasts, or salads, and our large 11.5oz jar can be used on 8-10 wraps, toasts, or salads. we're counting one wrap, toast, or salad as a single serving.
